Welcome to 2Colombia. Our platform connects Members and visitors with hotels, restaurants, shops, experiences, and other businesses throughout Colombia, providing information, special benefits, promotions, and Book Direct opportunities.

By using 2Colombia, registering as a Member, or registering a business, you agree to the following Terms, Policies & Privacy provisions.

1. Members & Users 2Colombia Membership provides access to discounts, promotions, special rates, and other benefits offered by participating businesses. Benefits may vary, have special conditions or expiration dates, and may be subject to availability. Each participating business is responsible for its own offers, products, and services. Members may be required to identify themselves as 2Colombia Members to receive a benefit and must comply with the conditions established by the participating business.

2. Participating Businesses Participating businesses agree to provide accurate and current information and to honor the discounts, promotions, rates, and benefits they have authorized while those offers remain in effect. Each business is responsible for its products and services, quality, prices, availability, reservations, payments, billing, customer service, and compliance with applicable regulations.

3. Business Information, Photos & Promotion The business authorizes 2Colombia to use its business name, logo, photographs, videos, descriptions, contact information, and other promotional material provided by the business or publicly available through its website, social media, or other public sources solely to create and promote its profile and offers through 2Colombia channels. 2Colombia will send the initial business profile to the business for review and approval. The business may request corrections or provide updated information and photographs. This authorization reflects the promotional-use provisions contained in the current business agreements.

4. Member Discounts & Benefits Discounts, promotions, special rates, and benefits are defined and authorized by each participating business. The business is responsible for honoring its offered benefits and notifying 2Colombia of any changes.

5. Hotels — Book Direct 2Colombia promotes Book Direct, connecting users directly with a hotel’s own reservation channels or booking system. Reservations, availability, changes, cancellations, payments, and billing are handled directly between the guest and the hotel. 2Colombia does not charge a commission on Book Direct reservations and does not receive payments belonging to the hotel.

6. Direct Relationship with Participating Businesses 2Colombia operates primarily as an information, promotion, and connection platform. Purchases, reservations, services, payments, billing, cancellations, and customer claims are handled directly between the user and the participating business unless 2Colombia expressly identifies a specific additional service being provided by 2Colombia.

7. Collaborative Marketing Businesses participating in Collaborative Marketing agree to follow 2Colombia and ConexionMed channels and periodically support selected campaigns through their own social media. Our objective is to work together to expand our collective reach and promote Colombia, its destinations, and its businesses to national and international audiences.

8. Privacy & Personal Data By registering with 2Colombia, a Member, user, or business representative authorizes 2Colombia to collect, store, and use information provided, including name, email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, and other information submitted, for the purposes of managing Membership or business profiles, providing platform services, and maintaining communications related to 2Colombia. 2Colombia may use this information to communicate benefits, promotions, news, services, and other information related to the 2Colombia community. 2Colombia will use personal information responsibly and take reasonable measures to protect it. 2Colombia will not sell Members’ or users’ personal information to third parties. Individuals may request that their information be updated, corrected, or deleted and may request to stop receiving promotional communications by contacting [email protected].

9. No Guarantee of Results 2Colombia does not guarantee any specific number of customers, reservations, sales, revenue, or other results from participation or promotion through the platform.

10. Responsible Use & Termination Members, users, and participating businesses must use 2Colombia lawfully and responsibly. 2Colombia may suspend or terminate a Membership, benefit, or business profile in cases of fraud, abuse, false information, misuse of benefits, or violation of these Terms and Policies. A participating business may also request removal of its profile from 2Colombia.

11. Nature of the Relationship Participation by a business in 2Colombia does not create a partnership, employment relationship, agency, mandate, franchise, representation, or relationship of subordination between 2Colombia and the participating business.

12. Acceptance By using 2Colombia, registering as a Member, or submitting a business registration form, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, Policies & Privacy. Business representatives additionally confirm that they are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of the business.
