Founded in 2019 by Yeison Mora and Cristian Salazar, Idílico has established itself over the past 7 years as a premier destination for high end dining in Medellin. Our mission is to elevate modern Colombian gastronomy by transforming local ingredients into a creative and unforgettable experience. In 2022, our chef, Yeison Mora, was recognized as Colombia’s Revelation Chef, and in 2023, Idílico was awarded Best Modern Colombian Cuisine Restaurant.
